The CrockpotGo project aimed to bolster the already popular Crockpot Lunch Crock offering. The team aimed to add capacity with the new design as well as address consumer pain points (leaking) from the previous model. The team also heavily explored modularity, sku up strategies, co-branding opportunities, and alternative power and heating technologies.
